We are delighted to announce the addition of Mr John Moore to the OneLedger team as Head of Global Strategy. In this role John takes responsibility for the entire customer acquisition cycle, from account mapping through approach, qualification, pursuit, proposal, negotiation and close.
Specifically John will drive the following business KPIs:
Analyze and implement all operational plans to ensure an increase in sales and profitability: develop, plan and implement effective international sales methodologies to meet all sales targets; design and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies/campaigns to ensure rapid increases in production and sales of solutions/products; develop and maintain relationships with international distribution agencies and Value Added Resellers(VARs); analyze and identify areas of improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports; identify and manage opportunities for partnership, acquisition and JV’s that would benefit the company.
Prior to joining OneLedger John Moore was PwC Canada’s Chief Operating Officer, Consulting, and a former National Leader of the practice. John has nearly 30 years consulting experience, including 15 years as a Partner. He has served as the engagement lead partner and worked on projects ranging from large ERP upgrades/implementations, custom application development programs, to smaller strategy/organizational development assignments.
John’s primary client base throughout his career is the public sector. He has strong experience in the “business of government”, having delivered engagements for agencies responsible for taxation, social services, defense and science. He has dealt with a range of program delivery and back office administrative support processes. John has experience at the federal, provincial and municipal levels and delivered large consulting engagements in the Caribbean. Before joining PwC in 2012, John led the Canadian IT practice for IBM.
